Overview

RentSeer is a Streamlit-based Python project for evaluating rental property opportunities with market and property data.

Status

The app is live and available through the launch link above or the embedded version. I recommend opening the app in a new tab for the best experience though.

API Key Note

If users provide their own RentCast API key, the app will treat it as sensitive session data. It will not be committed, logged, exposed in frontend code, or stored without encryption on all ends.

Please be careful with API calls to not overcharge yourself.
