Search rental and for-sale listings with RentCast data, filter the results, save favorites, compare selected properties, and export your research to CSV.

Test financing, rent growth, expenses, vacancy, maintenance, and other assumptions. Review projected cash flow, cap rate, IRR, required rent, and a target-IRR maximum bid.

Your property database and search history stay on your computer. RentSeer requires no account and does not depend on a hosted database.

Getting started

Run RentSeer in three steps

  1. DownloadSave the Windows ZIP using the button above.
  2. ExtractExtract the complete RentSeer folder before opening it.
  3. LaunchOpen RentSeer.exe inside the extracted folder.

Windows may show a SmartScreen warning because this independent build is not code-signed. Only continue if you downloaded it from this page.

Your data

Starter example data is included. New listings are stored in a local SQLite database under your Windows user profile, so each user on the computer has an independent workspace.

RentCast API key

Bring your own RentCast API key to retrieve fresh listing data. Use it for the current session or save it in Windows Credential Manager. RentSeer does not include a shared developer key.

RentCast usage limits and charges remain your responsibility.
